Point of sale

The register itself, in either a touch-friendly Visual tile layout or a keyboard-driven Standard list.

  • Search by name, scan a barcode or key in a SKU
  • Line and whole-ticket discounts by percent or amount
  • Split a single sale across multiple payment types
  • Hold and resume parked tickets while you serve someone else
  • Void a line or a whole bill with a mandatory reason
  • Assign a customer, which switches the receipt to a tax invoice when they have a VAT number
  • Reprint receipts, export a PDF or email an invoice
  • Reads weighed-item barcodes printed by a shop scale

Dashboard

A single screen that tells you how trading is going right now.

Products and catalogue

Build and maintain the product list your till runs on.

  • Add, edit, duplicate and delete products

  • Several SKUs and barcodes on one product
  • Weighed items priced per unit of weight
  • Per-product tax rate and product images
  • Import in bulk from Excel or CSV using the supplied template, with a results report
  • Export the catalogue back out again

Stock

Know what is on the shelf and what it is worth.

  • On-hand quantity and cost value per product
  • Adjust quantities up or down
  • Every movement records a reason: adjustment, stock count or purchase

Customers and suppliers

Kept in one place, on separate tabs.

  • Name, phone, email and free-text notes
  • Credit limit per customer
  • VAT number, commercial registration number and address
  • Adding a VAT number makes their sales print as standard tax invoices

Documents and audit log

Every sale the till has ever produced, searchable after the fact.

  • Filter by type: sale, void, return or credit
  • Filter by status and by ZATCA submission state
  • Open any invoice to see its lines, payments and QR code
  • Void an invoice, print it, save a PDF or download the signed XML
  • Retry a failed ZATCA submission from the document itself
  • A separate audit tab lists every void with its reason and who did it

Reports

Printable numbers for the day, the month or the accountant.

Promotions

Simple, predictable discounting.

  • Percentage or fixed-amount promotions
  • Target a single product, a whole category, or both
  • Switch a promotion on and off without deleting it

Shifts and end of day

Cash accountability for every person on the register.

  • Open a shift with a counted opening float
  • Record cash paid in and paid out during the shift
  • Close with a denomination-by-denomination count and see the variance
  • End-of-day close covering all shifts
  • Printable shift and end-of-day reports

Users and permissions

Each person signs in as themselves.

  • Username with a PIN or a password
  • Display name shown on receipts and reports
  • Tick exactly which of the ten screens each user may open
  • Deactivate a user without deleting their sales history

Crash log

When something does go wrong, you are not guessing.

  • Every error the app has recorded, with its stack trace
  • Filter to failures only
  • Open the log folder or clear the log
  • Makes support requests far quicker to resolve

Hardware

We would rather tell you plainly what works and what does not.

  • Receipt printer

    Supported

    Any printer Windows can see. Choose 58 mm, 80 mm or A4, print silently, print automatically after payment, and set copies and font size.

  • Barcode scanner

    Supported

    Standard USB keyboard-wedge scanners work with no configuration. The checkout search box accepts the scan directly.

  • Weighing scale labels

    Supported

    Barcodes printed by a shop scale are decoded into product and weight or price. You define the prefix and digit layout in Settings.

  • Cash drawer kick

    Not supported

    There is a Cash drawer button at the checkout, but it does not yet send an open pulse to a printer-connected drawer.

  • Customer-facing display

    Not supported

    No pole display or second-screen output yet.

  • Serial or network scale

    Not supported

    Live weight capture from a connected scale is not implemented. Scale-printed barcode labels are the supported route.
